Every intensive starts long before the workshop kicks off. We interview leadership, survey employees, and talk to key stakeholders to build a real world understanding of your company’s dynamics. We jump on calls to flag what matters most and surface anything simmering under the surface. All of which allows us to create a custom plan matched to your chosen workshop length.
After your live session, the momentum doesn’t stop. You get written documentation capturing every ah-ha moment and decision, so nothing gets lost in the shuffle. From there, we transition directly into the Fractional Growth Suite, embedding with your team to help drive progress, keep strategy on track, and support the real work of turning plans into results.
